This Avocado Dressing is a tasty twist on traditional ranch dressings, packed with healthy fats and probiotics.
- 1 cup milk kefir or bifidum yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions, green tops
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp roasted garlic
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- cracked black pepper and sea salt to taste
- 2 very ripe avocados
This avocado dressing requires no prep work and will keep in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
